Nexbit ranks the top cryptocurrencies by a transparent momentum score built from live market data — price trend, volume activity, and volatility. Every score shows its work. When you're ready to buy, we hand you off to a licensed exchange. We never touch your money.

How the Nexbit Score works

Every coin gets a score out of 100, recomputed from live CoinGecko market data each time the page refreshes. The score is not a prediction and not a probability — it's a snapshot of current market momentum, built from four measurable factors:

7-day price trend
How the coin has moved over the past week. Sustained weekly moves weigh more than daily noise.
25%
24-hour momentum
Short-term price direction over the last day.

Volume intensity
24h trading volume relative to market cap. High turnover means real market interest, not a thin move.
15%
Drawdown from ATH
Distance below all-time high. Deep drawdowns lower the score as a risk signal, not a "discount."

Coins under $300M market cap are excluded from the rankings entirely — too thin to trust a momentum read. Coins between $300M and $10B have their score scaled down on a sliding scale, since the same percentage move means less at lower liquidity. This stops small, volatile coins from out-ranking large, liquid ones purely because their percentage swings look bigger.
